Located at the rear of The Cookie Jar, the Bistro overlooks a spacious, heated 30-seater terrace with a fire pit, relaxing garden area, and lawn. Offering simple, locally sourced food, the Bistro serves dinner in the evenings and is available for private hire. Lunch and Afternoon Tea are offered on select days.
The historic building, once the Convent of Mercy, has been transformed into The Cookie Jar Cosy Retreat. Guests can enjoy a blend of luxury and charm in this medieval market town, with the Bistro providing an inviting dining venue for both locals and visitors. For those on the go, the new Afternoon Tea & Go allows you to savour traditional treats while exploring Northumberland.
