Crabtree & Crabtree’s Managed Services

Let us take on the hard work to ensure that your holiday home looks, feels and performs its best.

At C&C we have a Managed Services offering which can be tailored to individual owner needs. Just say the word and we’ll take care of all the details for you: we can arrange the housekeeping, deliver the welcome hampers, book the gardener and stock the cupboards with all the essentials ensuring your house looks, feels and performs its best. We can even loan you equipment and help arrange maintenance and repair work should your property need a little TLC.

Whether you’d like to leave us to run and manage every aspect of your holiday let, you’d like a little assistance in a particular area, could benefit from some support arranging maintenance and repair work, or you’d like some temporary holiday or emergency cover, we can help.

At this time our Managed Services offering is still Northumberland-based, however we are in the early stages of expanding this into the Scottish Borders with the intention of widening this service further afield in due course. Wherever your property is located, if you’re interested in learning more about our Managed Services offering, do get in touch with Charlotte, Managed Services Manager, for more information or an informal chat.
