From humble beginnings in Harrogate, Belmont’s passion for fine confectionery and baking laid the foundation for what is now an iconic tearoom and bakery known for its exquisite cakes, chocolates, and afternoon teas.
Bettys Cookery School continues this tradition, offering hands-on courses in artisan breadmaking, pastry skills, and classic dishes. With expert tutors, high-quality ingredients, and a fully equipped kitchen, participants can refine their skills while enjoying a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Each course includes refreshments, a two-course lunch, and the opportunity to take home beautifully crafted creations.
