A Charming Café and Restaurant in Northumberland’s AONB
The Barn at Beal, once an early 19th-century cart shed, has been transformed by the Smith family into a delightful coffee shop and restaurant. Located within the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a National Nature Reserve, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of Goswick Sands, Holy Island, and Bamburgh Castle. Visitors can enjoy a selection of teas, coffees, homemade cakes, and a variety of tasty dishes. The venue is dog-friendly and features a small gift shop selling local products and artwork. The Bothy Bar, with its cosy log burning stove, offers a selection of real ales and wines and is available for private hire.
