Located on Holy Island, just a stone’s throw from the 793 distillery and ‘Spirit & Soul’ shop, you’ll find the unique Hell & High Water Gin & Cocktail Bar. Hidden behind a bookcase, this bar offers a perfect place to enjoy spirits in their purest form or to sip on a cocktail while admiring Northumberland’s iconic views. The bar is open on weekends from April to October, with private hire available from November to March.
Holy Island’s first and only distillery, established in 2017, pays homage to the island’s rich Viking history. Known for its Mjødka vodka and Creed & Tide gin, the distillery also offers a store and workshop. Visitors can browse a variety of spirits and other products, or participate in distilling school and cocktail masterclass workshops. With its unique blend of history, folklore, and stunning views, Holy Island is a leading attraction for those seeking a distinctive experience.
