Your visit begins with an introduction to Hepple’s pioneering wilding project before heading out on a professionally guided walk across the estate, exploring the botanicals that shape Hepple’s distinctive spirits. Many of these are encountered growing in the landscape and are tasted and discussed along the way. A simple, locally sourced lunch is included and enjoyed outdoors whenever weather allows.
The experience concludes with a rare visit to Hepple’s micro‑distillery, where their award‑winning gin is made, alongside guided tastings and the opportunity to purchase directly from the source.
