Based in Scarborough, Astro Dog offers stargazing events in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, one of only 22 International Dark Sky Reserves in the world. Led by passionate astronomers and astrophotographers, these events provide an opportunity to observe the night sky in one of the UK’s darkest and most spectacular locations.
With strong ties to the North York Moors National Park and a key role in its annual Dark Skies Festivals, Astro Dog has welcomed thousands of visitors to its events. From public stargazing sessions to private educational workshops, the focus remains on making astronomy accessible, engaging, and memorable for all.
