C&C guests can book a private session and immerse themselves in a truly restorative wild sauna experience, where deep heat meets crisp Scottish air and breathtaking Borders scenery, whether they are seeking calm, connection or celebration.

Hosted by an expert guide, the experience will leave them feeling uplifted, rebalanced and wonderfully present. It’s ideal for couples looking for meaningful downtime, or groups wanting a memorable, joy-filled activity to elevate their stay or a special occasion. 

The sauna is always has a contrast therapy option, either a small river, a cold water plunge or a simple shower option.

Private saunas are for up to 10 people and are priced as follows and includes sauna and contrast therapy:

• 60 mins – £150
• 90 mins – £200
• 120 mins – £250

Additional sauna treats are available by arrangement, from whisks to organic body scrubs or a refreshing hibiscus spritz, or we can provide all the bells and whistles for a fully immersive sensory sauna experience.

We highly recommend the 120 min session to fully relax and embrace the experience without feeling rushed.
