Twelve Triangles bakery delights with its exceptional range of cinnamon buns, almond croissants, and a variety of pastries, bread, and cakes. This artisan bakery embraces traditional methods, focusing on cold and slow fermentation sourdoughs. Their bread and pastries are crafted by hand, following a meticulous 3 or 4-day cycle, without any additives. The ingredients are locally sourced, with flour milled and grown in the UK.
Daily-made jams, custards, pie fillings, and ricotta highlight their commitment to local and organic produce. Each location features a rotating menu of lunch options and baked goods, reflecting the bakery’s ingredient-led approach. The Kitchen Table concept, first launched in 2017, celebrates seasonal ingredients and exceptional suppliers with a menu crafted from scratch.
