Events all year round at the Borders Events Centre
The Borders Events Centre, located near the charming town of Kelso, hosts a diverse range of events year-round, including art fairs, antique flea markets, and dog agility championships. The centrepiece of its calendar is the Border Union Agricultural Show, held annually on the last Friday and Saturday of July. This traditional farming show features over 500 open competitions for horses, livestock, and industrial arts, alongside approximately 200 trade stands offering everything from tractors and farm supplies to clothing and food.
Visitors can enjoy a fantastic Food Fair showcasing producers from Scotland and beyond, while the Craft & Gift Marquee offers a variety of unique gifts. A children’s fun fair provides entertainment for the little ones, and various catering outlets serve tempting treats. The Border Union Show is a must-visit event, promising a delightful day out for all ages.
