A celebrated classical music festival held across East Lothian
Each September, the Lammermuir Festival brings outstanding classical music performances to some of East Lothian’s most atmospheric settings. From historic churches and village halls to striking coastal and countryside locations, the festival combines exceptional musicianship with beautiful settings, creating a memorable celebration of music in one of Scotland’s most picturesque regions.
The festival’s programme regularly features leading musicians from the UK and beyond, alongside emerging talent and specially curated performances. Venues range from the grandeur of St Mary’s Church in Haddington to medieval churches, rural kirks and distinctive heritage locations across the county. With over 41 concerts across 13 venues and 10 locations, the festival offers a huge variety of shows to enjoy.
