Independent makers and summer shopping

From 29 – 30 August 2026, Forage Summer Market at Rigg & Furrow in Morpeth brings together independent makers, food producers and creative small businesses for a relaxed late-summer shopping weekend.

Visitors can browse a thoughtful mix of homeware, gifts, artisan food, clothing, flowers and seasonal finds, with plenty of inspiration from local and independent brands.

For those exploring things to do in Northumberland and the surrounding area, it is a lovely way to spend a few unhurried hours discovering makers, meeting stallholders and picking up something a little different.
