Our competition winner's magical stay at Milne Graden
This year sees the Milne Graden Cottages celebrate their 10th Birthday! In celebration we offered you the chance to win a stay to kick start a year of Milne Graden Magic. Our competition winner Sue, along with her cockapoo Hamish, elected to enjoy 4 nights at West Lodge in May. Read on to hear about Sue's magical stay in her own words...
"I was absolutely over the moon to have been the very lucky winner of a stay at the Milne Graden Estate - courtesy of Crabtree & Crabtree in celebration of 10 years of Milne Graden Cottages. I chose the wonderful West Lodge for a four night stay with my Cockapoo, Hamish."
"I could not have made a better choice! West Lodge is stunning and very dog friendly. Hamish loved the garden and the river walk through the estate grounds.
This was a perfect location for tranquil walks on the River Tweed. We enjoyed walks from the pretty village of Norham, along the River Till at beautiful Etal in Northumberland and a bracing dip in the sea at Spittal beach (Hamish - not me!!).
We were also delighted to meet the fantastic Crabtree & Crabtree team at their office in Kelso. We were made very welcome and Hamish was spoiled to bits!"

There’s fishing on the internationally-renowned River Tweed that flows through the estate on its way to meet the sea at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Just a few miles from the estate, the magnificent heritage coast offers mile upon mile of unspoilt sandy beaches to explore.
