Partridge: Sept 1 - Feb 1

Grouse: Aug 12 - Dec 10

Blackgame: Aug 20 - Dec 10

Snipe: Aug 12 - Jan 31

Woodcock (Scotland): Sept 1 - Jan 31

Woodcock (England): Oct 1 - Jan 31

Duck & Goose (inland): Sept 1 - Jan 31  

Pigeon: All year

Roe deer stalking (Scotland)

Bucks	April 1 - Oct 20
Does	Oct 21 - Mar 31

Local shooting calendar

March to May - Pigeon shooting over decoys.

April - Roe buck stalking starts.

July to August - Pigeon shooting over decoys.

August to November - Grouse shooting over pointers, walked-up and driven.

September to January - Driven partridges. Walked-up days for a variety of game.  Duck flighting.

October to January - Driven pheasants. Walked-up days for a variety of game.  Duck flighting.

All year - Roe deer stalking. Simulated game shooting.
