"I have to say the Coach House more than met our expectations. It was brilliant to find a property suitable for an adult group, all en suite rooms, large king sized beds, proper wooden shutters for a dark, quiet room, it was wonderful to have such a comfortable environment for best sleep we’ve had in ages. The kitchen was marvellous too, so much space and well equipped. Also loads of space in the laundry area for our golf clubs and secure storage for the bikes meant we were never tripping over anything. We loved the outdoor space too, made use of the BBQ a couple of nights and the garden was a delight as was the village itself, so yes, definitely intend to book again as there’s so much to see and do in the area. Thanks also for making the booking process flexible whilst we were waiting for the restrictions to lift."

"We have recently returned from a great holiday in this most beautiful barn. Congratulations must go to the owners as they have made this house a delight to stay in. The quality of the furnishings, bedding , toiletries and all the very generous extras that they provide is very much appreciated. The hamper and quality of the food in it was extremely kind , and very much enjoyed by all. Housekeeping staff to be congratulated on standard of cleanliness. In all a beautiful house to stay in. I must also thank the team at Crabtree & Crabtree for all the help that they have given me over the years that I have been dealing with them. We go on holiday a lot but the quality and professional way they work is first class. In my opinion they are the best agents in the business. "We would like to say we had a brilliant holiday last week. The weather was very kind to us - we did several beach walks in Alnmouth, Bamburgh and Amble. Some of visited the Farne Islands and actually saw puffins for the first time - we have always come up too late in the year before. This is our first time with your company and if all of your cottages are of the same standard at Coach House, then we would certainly use you again. "We had a lovely stay at the Coach House, Lesbury - thank you. Everyone commented on how stunning the property was from the minute they opened the door. The living area space was wonderful for a group of 8 - so cosy and definitely had the "wow" factor. Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely-comfy beds and cosy linen and it was commented by a few of the ladies that it was lovely to have such nice toiletries in the bathroom. Welcome hamper was very much appreciated and such a lovely touch. We felt that both the interior/exterior look of the house was presented to a very high standard. You expect to have a weekend away in a house that you could only dream of being your own....and this one certainly lived up to expectations! Thank you again-we are already planning our next Crabtree & Crabtree weekend away."

"I only have good things to say about Crabtree & Crabtree and the property that we hired for the weekend. The booking process and information I received was first class and I couldn't fault the service. Coach House at Lesbury was absolutely stunning. A beautifully restored and decorated building that had plenty of space for the 4 couples staying at the property. All of the bedrooms were an excellent size with very comfortable beds. It is a luxury to be able to find a property that has 4 en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge and dining room and a beautiful kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glasses etc. And even though I had taken things like salt, pepper, oil, tin foil, cleaning materials, tea and coffee, it was lovely to see that these things had been left from previous visitors as some rental properties leave nothing at all. The 'welcome' pack left for us was amazing and had some very tasty goodies in it!! I wouldn't hesitate in using or recommending Crabtree & Crabtree again for holiday rentals and hope to stay at the Coach House again."
