Safety

We make no apology for reaffirming our commitment to safe shooting and the day's sport will always commence with a thorough safety briefing.  For the novice or young shot, the presence of a guide or chaperone will not only ensure safe shooting but also increase their enjoyment of the sport.  We strongly recommend that all shooting guests have appropriate insurance cover through British Association of Shooting and Conservation, Scottish Gamekeepers Association, Countryside Alliance, Game Conservancy Trust or a similar organisation. 

Instructors and guides

In all types of shooting that we offer we are happy to arrange instruction, guides, loaders and chaperones for inexperienced shots or children.  We work with Ian Hendy, a CPSA and APSI qualified shooting instructor who is available for instruction at a local clay ground or "in the field". Ian is also available to help with all aspects of gun selection and gun fitting.
