We take great care to describe our properties with honesty and transparency and provide floorplans and a comprehensive list of amenities for people, like us, who care about the detail. However there is no substitute for first-hand knowledge.

Our team know our properties inside out - inside and out.  So if you want to be within chipping distance of a golf course or be able to check the river conditions from your bedroom window then please give us a ring and we will do our very best to find a property which matches your budget and requirements.  

It helps enormously if we can get as much information from you as possible, for instance:

• Number of guests and number of bedrooms required?
• Ages of party members?
• Purpose of your trip? e.g. romantic weekend away, family holiday, sporting holiday, weekend houseparty? Is the trip for a special occasion, e.g. a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon?
• Do you have a preference as to whether the property is rurally located, within walking distance of a village, or in a town?
• Would you like to be close to pubs and restaurants or do you prefer to eat at home or have someone cook for you?
• What are you likely to be doing whilst you are away? e.g. sporting activities, exploring the local area or relaxing with a fat paperback?
• Will you be bringing your four-legged friend(s) with you? If so, how many?
• Is there anything else that may help us ensure you get the best from your holiday? Perhaps you can't sleep without a hard mattress or have a phobia of cows? However daft we need to know!
