Ground floor: Fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining area (seats 6).  Sitting room with electric fire and two sofas (seating 6) one of which converts to a sofa bed for occasional use. Patio doors to the garden.  Cloakroom. 

 

First floor: Master bedroom with superking bed, large fitted wardrobe and large chest of drawers.  En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin.  Bedroom two with two 3' single beds and wardrobe with drawers.  Bedroom 3 with 4' 6" bed with wardrobe with drawers.  Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

 

Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher.  TV with Freeview and integrated DVD/CD player.  Books, CDs and board games.  Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels provided (bath towel per guest and hand towel in each bathroom and cloakroom).  Travel cot available on request.  Central heating throughout and electric fire in sitting room. Regret no pets.  No smoking. 

   

Outside: Pebbled garden with decked patio area with table and chairs and parasol. Beach 5 minutes walk.  Local shops, The Place bar and restaurant and cafes 5 minutes walk.  Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer.  On off-street parking space and visitor's parking nearby.
