Internal dining area with fold away dining table (seats 8). (NB one set of dining chairs is provided for the internal and external dining tables).
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, 4-ring hob, microwave, refrigerator with icebox and dishwasher.
Second floor: Family bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Bedroom two with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and patio door to small balcony. View of sand dunes.
Separate staircase to huge master bedroom suite, comprising large double bed, wardrobe, bedroom chairs and dresser with drawers. MP3 music dock / speakers. Patio doors open on to full-width, private deck with two lounging chairs and superb double aspect view of the sand dunes. En-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.
Ground floor II: Accessed from the lower deck is The Den comprising zip and link beds to provide two single beds or one large double bed and wardrobe. Seating area with flat screen TV with Freeview, Play Station II with a selection of games, music system complete with library of CDs, original vinyl and MP3 connector. AppleMAC with broadband internet connection. En-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Outside terrace with dining area and large hammock.
Utility room with washing machine, dryer, large fridge/ freezer and selection of beach toys and furniture.
Outside: Leading from the first floor is a superb, wrap-around, deck with external dining area (seats 8), cast iron barbecue, chimenea and sunlounger. Steps lead to communal dunescape. (NB The land opens onto a road at one end and a car park at the other and small children should not be left unsupervised). The second floor master bedroom also has a private decked balcony.

Large external store, which provides secure storage space for watersports equipment, bicycles, golf clubs etc.
Private parking space for one car in front of house. Two additional visitor's parking spaces available on a first come first served basis. Local car park (fee payable in high season) also available nearby.
Path to beach 15 metres. The Dunes Café 50 metres. Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.
Please note that although Dunes21 is right next to the beach, due to the height of the natural sand dunes, there is no sea view from the house.
Amenities: Electric oven, grill and 4-ring induction hob, refrigerator with ice box, separate fridge/freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher. Large, flatscreen TVs in living area and The Den, two DVD players and DVD library. AppleMAC with broadband internet connection. Play Station II with selection of games. Music systems in living area, The Den and master bedroom with CD library and selection of original vinyl records. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Complimentary welcome basket, Egyptian Cotton bed linen, luxurious towels and fluffy bath robes provided for all guests. Central underfloor heating throughout and wood burner in sitting room (initial supply of logs provided and weekly supply available at cost by pre-booking) plus electric radiators in case of very cold weather. Dogs welcome (£20 fee per dog). No smoking. Small children must not be left unsupervised.
