From Coldstream by the Police Station you take the  A.6112 road to Duns. Keeping on the main road you pass the Lennel Nursing Home on the right.  Through Lennel village, then up and down 2 small hills and around a very sharp right hand ‘S' bend.  Directly after the ‘S' bend you will see on the right hand side a road, marked Lennelhill.  Turn right up the hill and "Babingtons', a long white house is the 2nd entrance on the right by a blue gate. On turning right ‘Babingtons' is on your left hand side.

The Scottish Borders are very accessible by car and have very good motorway links. 
London (Kings Cross) to nearby Berwick-upon-Tweed has excellent rail links from 3.5 hours. Also to Edinburgh. Edinburgh Airport, 56 miles and Newcastle Airport, 62 miles have good fights within the U.K and  Europe.
