First floor: Master bedroom with king sized bed and chest of drawers.  Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds with large, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Bathroom with bath, shower over and hand-held shower, basin and WC.

Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  Flatscreen TV and Freeview, DVD player, i-pod docking station, Play Station 2 and games. Board games, books and DVD library. 1 adult and 1 child's / ladies bicycle, kites, deck chairs and beach mats. Bed linen, towels, all utilities included.  Plus two beach towels per booking.  Regret no pets. No smoking. 

Outside: South-facing, decked seating area with chairs.  Beach 5 minutes walk.  Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk. Parking space.
