Ground floor: Open plan living area comprising seating area with sofa, fold-out dining table seating up to four guests and well-equipped kitchen. Cloakroom. Utility room.   

 

First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed.  Double bedroom.  Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC.

 

Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, 32" digital TV with Freeview, DVD player and DVDs.  Travel cot and stair gates. Complimentary welcome basket, bed linen and hand towels provided.  NB Bath towels are NOT provided.  One well behaved dog welcome.  No smoking property. 

 

Outside: Large, pebbled rear garden with garden table and chairs.  Beach 5 minutes walk. Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk. Designated parking space.
