First floor: Bedroom one with double (4' 6") bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Bedroom two with two 3' single beds and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. 

Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.  32'' HD flatscreen TV with Freeview, HD DVD player, i-pod docking station, hairdryer. DVD library, board games and books. Complimentary bottle of bubbly and welcome basket on arrival.  Bed linen and towels provided plus two beach towels per booking.  Central heating throughout plus electric fire in sitting room.  Regret no pets.  No smoking property.  

Outside: Fully-enclosed, south-facing rear pebbled garden with decked area with teak table, chairs and parasol and view of the sand dunes.  Private car port and visitor's parking.  Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.  To the rear of the house is a short-cut to the beach - about 4 minutes walk to the sand dunes.
