First floor: Master bedroom with kingsize bed, large fitted wardrobe and dressing table.  En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin.  Bedroom two with two 3' single beds or one superking bed and wardrobe with drawers below.  Bunk bedroom (3' bunk beds) with wardrobe with drawers below.  Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.  Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player.  Complimentary welcome basket, bed linen and towels provided.  Central heating throughout and electric fire in sitting room. Regret no pets.  No smoking inside the house. 

Facilities for children: Travel cot with bassinet and changing table, high chair, two stair gates, soft bed rail, toys, games, books, paddling pool, step stool, children's plastic tableware, non-slip bath mat and socket covers.

Outside: Large, pebbled garden with decked patio area with table, chairs, parasol and charcoal barbecue.  Beach 5 minutes walk.  Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.  Private parking space and visitor's parking nearby.
