Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher.  42'' plasma TV with surround sound and Freeview, DVD player, i-pod docking station (direct to surround sound), Play Station 3 with two games (varied).  Broadband available by summer 08 (free broadband is also available locally). Complimentary welcome basket, Molton Brown toiletries, hotel quality bed linen and Egyptian cotton towels provided as well as two fluffy towelling bath robes and two beach towels per booking.  Central heating throughout. Outside: Fully-decked, south-facing rear garden with potted palms, barbecue  / fire pit, patio table and chairs, portable sun bed, picnic hamper, lounger, beach tent/sunshade, beach cricket set, secure shed for storing wet suits, boards etc, brackets for mounting kite buggies etc. Beach 4 minutes walk.  Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.  Private car port and visitors parking.  Behind the house is the short-cut over to the beach which takes you onto the sand dunes in 3 minutes walk.
