The Highland Club, on the shores of Loch Ness at Fort Augustus, is a unique development of a Grade A listed former Benedictine Monastery.  The Loch Retreat is a sunny ground floor apartment set in the Raven Wing with pretty views across the lawns that were once a cricket oval for the old Abbey.  Set in stunning scenery and surrounded on three sides by Loch Ness, two rivers and the picturesque Caledonian Canal, the Highland Club is an exceptional development set in this stunningly beautiful part of Scotland.

The Loch Retreat is set in the Raven Wing, a contemporary part of the Monastery that has been fully renovated and refurbished.  The apartment itself is well presented, with good quality modern furnishings, attractive slate and wood floors and high quality kitchen with granite work surfaces. The owner has equipped the apartment with guest's comfort in mind including high quality linens, fluffy bathrobes and complimentary toiletries.  There is plenty of indoor entertainment provided including a large plasma TV with Sky Freestat, an i-Pod docking station, DVD player, books and board games.

Guests have access to the facilities at The Highland Club including 20 acres of grounds, lochside access, The Boat House restaurant on the edge of Loch Ness and a tennis court.
