First floor: Master bedroom with double bed.  En-suite bathroom with WC, basin and shower.  Bedroom two with double bed. Bedroom three with twin beds. Family bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower over.

Amenities: Electric double oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier.  TV with DVD and Freeview, stereo, i-pod dock.  Travel cot. Towels and bed linen provided.  Regret no pets. No smoking.  

Outside: Fully enclosed garden with decked area. Garden furniture and barbecue (available from mid-April).  Garage and private parking to side of house.  Beach 5 minutes walk. Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.
