Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, juicer, sandwich toaster, barbecue.  Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD, additional TVs in both bedrooms (one with video player), 2 player playstation with steering wheel and selection of games, stereo, board games, books.  Bed linen, towels and welcome pack included. Pets welcome by arrangement.  No smoking. 

Outside: Small outside seating area. Parking space. Beach 5 minutes walk. Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.
