Second floor: Master bedroom with 5' bed.  En-suite bathroom with WC, basin and shower.  Bedroom three with two 2' 6" twin or 1 king size bed.  Family bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower over.

Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier.  Flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview, digital radio, hairdryer.  Broadband internet connection (available Summer 2008). Welcome pack, Egyptian cotton towels and hotel quality bed linen provided.  Pets welcome by arrangement at additional cost.  No smoking. 

Outside: Fully enclosed pebbled garden with large decked area with lovely views across marshes.  Parking for two cars in front of house.  Beach 5 minutes walk. Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.
