Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, flat screen TV with DVD player, portable radio, broadband internet connection (available by summer 2008), hair dryer, cot, highchair, stair gate. Welcome basket includes tea, coffee milk and biscuits. Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels are provided. No pets. No smoking.

Outside: Pebbled patio garden with decked seating area.  Garden furniture and gas barbecue.  Integral garage and 2 additional parking places in front of the garage.  Ample on-street visitor’s parking.  Beach 5 minutes walk.  Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.
