Second floor: Master bedroom with zip and link beds (one king size or two 3' single beds).  En-suite bathroom with WC, basin and shower cubicle.  Bedroom three with zip and link beds (one queen size or two 2'6" singles).  Family bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower over.

Amenities: Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, coffee machine.  Flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD, sound system with i-pod connector, DVD library, additional TV and video player, table football, toys, family games, puzzles, books, hairdryer.  Welcome tea tray, Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels provided.  Cot, highchair, stair gates, steam steriliser, socket covers, baby listening monitor, non-slip bathmat, toddler step, books, toys, children's plastic tableware and beakers, paddling pool.  Pets welcome by arrangement.  No smoking. 

Outside: Fully enclosed pebbled garden with large decked area. Table and chairs, parasol and charcoal barbecue. Off-road parking for one car and additional parking for one car in garage. Ample on-street visitors parking.   Beach 5 minutes walk. Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk.
