First floor: Master bedroom with double 5’ bed. Additional twin / double bedroom with two 3’ beds or one superking bed. Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC.

 

Please note that due we do not recommend this property for four adults.

Amenities: Central heating throughout with additional electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, 18” flat screen TV with built in DVD player and Sky TV, additional TV in bedroom, video player, telephone (for in-coming calls and limited out-going calls by arrangement), broadband internet connection, DVDs, videos and board games. Pebbled patio garden with wooden decking, wooden garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue and beach games. Beach 3 mins walk. Shops and The Place bar and restaurant 5 mins walk. Pets welcome by arrangement. Private car port and additional visitors parking available. Bed linen, towels, all utilities and cleaning on departure are included in the rental cost.
