We are delighted to announce the launch of The Milne Graden Estate's Sunnyside properties, a collection of four, stunning, period properties set in an idyllic position on the banks of the River Tweed with fabulous views across the river to open countryside beyond.

Currently being fully-renovated to an exceptionally high standard throughout, each property will be furnished in a different style to complement their individual characters. Hamilton House is the quintessential British country house with period interiors complemented by today's essential mod-cons. The former School House is the epitome of understated luxury with slate floors, natural wood finishings and pure wool and linen fabrics. The charming cottages, No. 1 and No. 2, offer a refreshing retake on traditional cottage style with neutral tones and simple, rustic furnishings.

The Sunnyside properties are situated in a delightfully peaceful, secluded position at the end of a no-through lane. Each has its own private garden and direct river access. The properties are ideal for larger groups wishing to holiday together but maintain a degree of privacy and School House is fully-equipped for up to 12 guests dining together. The Milne Graden Estate has adopted an eco-friendly policy. All bath and shower toiletries and household products are eco-friendly and biodegradable with extra facilities for recycling.
