"We have had a very pleasant week at Junction House. The house is exceptional and its situation was ideal for all our needs. ( two serious walkers and two less so ). The friendly and flexible approach of both Crabtree & Crabtree and the owners made the booking and arrival process easy and straightforward. A very comfortable, well equipped house with fabulous views over the river Tweed and across the fields beyond. Ideally located for the town and local amenities it has everything to offer for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cake, biscuits and marmalade provided by Rachel were outstanding and the free welcoming goodies in the fridge were much appreciated. Beds, pillows and furnishings were comfortable and added to the comfort. Thank you again."

There is lots to see and do for all ages in the area and then return back to this beautiful well equipped holiday house. "The four of us had a wonderful week at Junction House in Kelso. The house was very well equipped, very comfortable in all of the rooms and very well situated in a prime location in the town. We had a very warm welcome from the owners who spoilt us with some lovely shortbread biscuits and a very tasty sponge cake waiting for us on our arrival. Kelso itself is a lovely town with plenty to do and see and the centre and town square were only a short walk away. The gorgeous views from the lounge and terrace kept us occupied with the abundance of nature on our doorstep and were the icing on the cake. In summary, a wonderful place to stay in a great location. We have booked again next year."

"Everything was spot on from the ad, to the booking process, to extending our stay and questions being answered. The accommodation was perfect - location, quality, cleanliness, what was provided and welcome - from delicious cake, biscuits and more to the owners warm welcome. We were extremely comfortable with excellent beds and bedding (pillows were lovely!). My father was very happy to have Sky TV and I was delighted to have a good wifi so I could work from 'home'. We all left wonderfully relaxed and planning our next visit. We have had another excellent experience with Crabtree & Crabtree and have found our Kelso home! Thank you to all."

Wifi was good and the provision of desk/consoles in a couple of rooms was helpful for those of us who had a bit of work to do. Separate TV area a good idea and provision of binoculars for those wanting to feast on the view a nice touch. Welcome cake, biscuits, bread and wine were delicious and hugely appreciated. We had picked the property especially for the view and and it certainly lived up to our expectation - there is nothing quite like seeing at least half a dozen swans magnificently flying past as you looked out!The accommodation was lovely - a well thought out renovation with balconies to enjoy the views, very comfortable beds with good quality bed linen/ duvets, nice furnishings, very well equipped."
